That happens when the account was created inside the Parent app, which never asks about your child. Tell us who they are and we'll make their joining code now.

Board

This sets the syllabus your child sees, so please pick the one they're actually studying. The pilot is Grade 8 this year. If your child is in another grade or board, tell us rather than picking one of these, or they'll get the wrong syllabus.
