That’s the whole system. Here’s how your child gets started: about five minutes, once.
How it fits together

Where the lessons are. Goes on the phone or tablet they actually use.
Four steps
You register here
We create your child's joining code straight away and email it to you. Keep that email.
You log in to the Wivme Parent app
Log in with the details you just made. Don't tap Sign Up again, that makes a second blank account with no child attached.
Your child enters the code in their app
On their device, in Wivme Student, they tap Create Account and type the code. They pick their own email and password too. The code fills in the rest. Their first lesson is ready immediately.
Their progress shows up for you
Until they join, your app keeps showing their code and tells you it's waiting for them. That's the normal state. Nothing is broken.
If something looks wrong
I can’t find my child’s code
It's in your welcome email, and on the first screen of the Parent app. Codes last 30 days and renew themselves, so an old one starts working again when you open the app.
My Parent app says no children linked
That usually means no joining code was ever made. It happens when the account was created inside the Parent app, which never asks who your child is. Add your child here and you'll have their code in a few seconds. (If you already have a code and your child simply hasn't used it yet, that's normal: your app shows the code until they join.)
My child’s code isn’t accepted
Check they're in Wivme Student, not Wivme Parent, and that they tapped Create Account rather than logging in. A code works once. If they already joined, they should just log in.
